D) No Guaranteed Takedowns or Editing

GNW does not guarantee that any interview, photo, clip, article, reel, or published media will be edited, altered, or removed upon request. Any decision to edit or remove content is strictly at GNW’s discretion unless required by law or governed by a signed written agreement.

E) Business Usage Rights

Any right for a business to reuse GNW content (such as posting GNW footage on the business page, ads, website, or marketing) must be granted by GNW in writing, or included in a purchased marketing/media package.
